Convention planning, hotel and vendor negotiations, event management
As Convention Marshal, I worked with Richard for more than a year to plan and manage the Annual Convention for Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity which was held in San Diego in December 2010. He demonstrated a profound knowledge of hotel and banquet management. The financial success of that convention was mostly a result of his skills as a negotiator as well as his tireless attention to details every step of the way.
When the convention finally kicked off, his efforts enabled the activities and events to flow seamlessly.
I have profound respect for Richards abilities and would look forward to collaborating with him on any future event.

I can highly recommend the thorough, professional & cost saving abilities of Richard Brody of PLAN2LEAD. I worked with him on a dental convention for Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity and it's philanthropic arm, Alpha Omega Foundation, in which he got us the most advantageous banquet prices as well as fabulous value for our money. He oversaw & coordinated the transportation to events off site as well as the banquets, meeting rooms & wonderful off site events.
It was a pleasure to work with him. His efficient manner & diligent follow-up at each event made the 10 day convention run smoothly & glitch free. His advice before the convention, his negotiations (saving substantial monies on such items as bus transport, food and beverage, on and off premises events and planning,
